Key Responsibilities

• Investment Origination: Identify and evaluate high-potential real estate investment opportunities, specifically within the Living Product sector.
• Deal Execution: Lead financial modeling, underwriting, and the end-to-end due diligence process.
• Asset Enhancement (AEI): Drive development and execution of asset management strategies (renovation, conversion, and repositioning) to maximize portfolio performance.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor performance and prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Growth: Support fundraising activities, portfolio expansion plans, and disposal/exit strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, consultants, and internal functional teams

Requirements

•   Experience: At least 3 years of solid experience in Real Estate Investment, Private Equity, or Asset Management.
•   Sector Focus: Proven track record in handling "Living Products" (e.g., Residential/Serviced Apartments) is a must.
•   Core Competencies: Strong expertise in Property Acquisition & Disposal and Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI).
•   Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
•   Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working with high autonomy in a lean team setup.
•   Communication: Excellent English and Chinese communication skills for stakeholder management.

Strict Requirement: We are looking for In-house investment professionals.
Experience in Sales & Exit Strategy for residential projects is highly preferred.
