Responsibilities

• Lead compensation & benefits initiatives, payroll administration, and HR operations.
• Manage annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, compensation benchmarking, and HR budgeting.
• Oversee payroll, HRIS, workforce reporting, headcount analysis, and HR analytics.
• Review and enhance C&B policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and compensation matters.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 6+ years of C&B and HR Operations experience, with a proven track record gained within securities firms, investment banks, or capital markets platforms. Applications from non-financial services backgrounds will not be considered.
• Strong experience in compensation reviews, bonus planning, salary surveys, payroll, and HR budgeting.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations; PRC labour and tax knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
