The Enterprise Network Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to enterprise customers, including requirements analysis, solution design, technical presentations, tender support, and driving projects toward successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers' existing network environments, business requirements, and operational challenges through requirement gathering and technical assessments.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and recommend suitable networking solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Design competitive network solutions covering campus networks, data center networks, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and related technologies.
• Prepare solution proposals, network architecture designs, and Bill of Materials (BOM) documentation.
• Conduct technical presentations and solution workshops for IT decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical consultation, answer customer inquiries, and support solution evaluation activities.
• Guide customers through Proof of Concept (POC) testing and validation processes.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network pre-sales engineering or network engineering roles. (More experience will be considered as a senior level)
• Hands-on experience in large-scale campus network or data center network deployment projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching, Wi-Fi, network security, SDN, and related networking technologies.
• Professional certifications such as CCIE or HCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure, Routing & Switching, or equivalent networking tracks) are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong enterprise networking market is an advantage.
• Experience supporting networking solutions in industries such as financial services, government, education, or enterprise campuses is preferred.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with the ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach to work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
