• Answering enquiries via phone, live chat and email
• Proficient in written English and Chinese

Duties:

• Deliver professional customer service by handling enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries and service requests
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction during overnight operations
• Escalate issues when necessary and ensure proper follow-up

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above with at least 2 years of customer service experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Professional phone manner and ability to work independently during night shifts
• Willing to work on a rotational night shift basis
