Customer Service Officer (Up to 18K, Overnight shift)

- Mon to Sun & Public Holiday 11:00pm – 08:00am
- Answering enquiries via phone, live chat and email
- Proficient in written English and Chinese
Duties:
- Deliver professional customer service by handling enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries and service requests
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction during overnight operations
- Escalate issues when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above with at least 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Professional phone manner and ability to work independently during night shifts
- Willing to work on a rotational night shift basis
