Key Responsibilities
1. VIP Client Development & Relationship Management
– Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients aligned with HQ and regional client development strategies.
– Proactively identify new VIP prospects, cultivate long-term relationships, and build personalized engagement plans.
– Support exclusive events, private client salons, and bespoke experiences to enhance loyalty and deepen brand connection.
– Maintain refined and accurate client profiles, ensuring timely updates on preferences, purchase history, and relationship milestones.

2. VIP Reception, Clienteling & High-Value Sales
– Deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience, including private appointments, curated product selections, and post-purchase follow-up.
– Provide elevated sales advisory with a strong focus on storytelling, maison heritage, craftsmanship, and personalized clienteling.
– Manage high-value and complex transactions with precision, confidentiality, and absolute discretion.
– Anticipate client needs, tailor recommendations, and consistently achieve individual sales KPIs and client satisfaction targets.

3. Boutique Team Coaching & Clienteling Excellence
– Act as an internal clienteling expert, coaching boutique teams on VIP identification, luxury etiquette, and high-touch service standards.
– Support a refined lead-sharing and client handover mechanism to ensure every high-potential client receives continuous, elevated engagement.
– Conduct clienteling workshops, shadow appointments, and retrospective reviews to uplift the boutique's overall service capability.
– Partner closely with boutique management to reinforce best practices and drive collective performance against VIP-related goals.

Requirements
– Bachelor's degree preferred; exceptional candidates with a diploma may also be considered.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-value client management, with proven exposure to HNW clientele.
– Exceptional communication skills, polished and well-groomed presentation, and a refined service mindset.
– Strong commercial acumen, ownership, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, client-first attitude.
– Existing HNW client connections will be a strong advantage.
– Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong team collaboration values.
