Our client is looking for Building Services Engineer (E&M) to join their team.

Description:

• Oversee building services for various projects, including new constructions and renovations.

• Work with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth installation of building services.

• Create engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Handle submissions to authorities and track approvals from government departments.

• Attend meetings, site inspections, and discussions related to projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• 5 years’ working experience in building services engineering.

• Solid experience in design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to relevant authorities.

• Strong command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
