Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and social media channels
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve search rankings
  • Create engaging content and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights and reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or supplements industry
  • Hands-on experience in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and content development skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
