Job Duties:
- Prepare, scan, and upload various physical documents (reports, maps, client files) into digital databases
- Assist in organizing and archiving electronic records to ensure the smooth operation of the file system
- Data input

- 協助整理和歸檔電子檔案,以確保文件系統的順暢運作

Requirement:
- Basic computer skills: Familiar with computer operations, including scanning software, office software, etc.
- Have a good sense of responsibility and be able to complete work on time.
- Good communication skills help in handling documents and coordinating with other departments.
- 基本電腦技能:熟悉電腦操作,包括掃描軟體、辦公軟體等。
- 責任感:具備良好的責任感,能夠按時完成工作。
- 溝通技巧:良好的溝通技巧有助於處理文件和與其他部門協調。
