- The role will primarily involve responding to email inquiries and making outbound follow-up calls to clients and, mostly, internal stakeholders regarding pending items. As such, the candidate must be proficient in both written English and Chinese.
- Strong computer literacy is required
- No shift work is involved
Job Requirement
Must-have criteria:
- At least 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably relating to customer service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written Chinese and English, as the candidate will be managing high volumes of email enquiries
- Computer literacy including Outlook and MS Office
Good-to-have criteria:
- Previously worked in insurance and/or financial institutions
- Prior work experience in a call centre/service centre environment
- Qualified license of IIQE Paper 1,3,5
