Job Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote medical equipment products to assigned private clinics and hospitals
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and ensure operational efficiency
• Act as the first point of contact for all product-related enquiries and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve any issues
• Provide product training and service support to customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotions, displays, and events

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in medical products, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Clear understanding of hospital procurement processes; a solid network with hospital staff is an advantage
• Strong judgement, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
• A good team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently
