Responsibilities:
Develop insurance product solutions that support the company's strategic goals. Participate in discussions to design innovative products and effective sales campaigns.
Lead the preparation and review of product materials to facilitate seamless development and implementation, ensuring all governance requirements are met.
Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover new business opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely launch of products and initiatives.
Administer the special quotation process to tailor solutions for unique client and business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
4 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
Strong business acumen and commercial sense, with a passion for creating marketable solutions.
Aptitude for research and synthesizing complex information into clear management insights.
Fluent in written and spoken English, written Chinese, and spoken Cantonese.
