Responsibilities:

  • Develop insurance product solutions that support the company's strategic goals. Participate in discussions to design innovative products and effective sales campaigns.

  • Lead the preparation and review of product materials to facilitate seamless development and implementation, ensuring all governance requirements are met.

  • Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover new business opportunities.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely launch of products and initiatives.

  • Administer the special quotation process to tailor solutions for unique client and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.

  • 4 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.

  • Strong business acumen and commercial sense, with a passion for creating marketable solutions.

  • Aptitude for research and synthesizing complex information into clear management insights.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, written Chinese, and spoken Cantonese.
