Strategic Planning Manager - Banking (Corporate/Retail/General)

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Design and oversee the execution of business plans for the Cross Border Center.
- Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to address business needs comprehensively.
- Regularly collect and analyze data and feedback to provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Conduct administrative tasks, manage system user acceptance testing (UAT), compile data, and create reports for strategic business analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Services, including at least 1 year focused on strategic planning or product development.
- Knowledge of branch operations and service enhancement is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative team player with solid business acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Strategic Planning Manager.
