• Develop, implement, and review strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Design and oversee the execution of business plans for the Cross Border Center.
• Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to address business needs comprehensively.
• Regularly collect and analyze data and feedback to provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Conduct administrative tasks, manage system user acceptance testing (UAT), compile data, and create reports for strategic business analysis.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Services, including at least 1 year focused on strategic planning or product development.
• Knowledge of branch operations and service enhancement is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative team player with solid business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Strategic Planning Manager.
