Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections at shopping malls and merchant locations to ensure proper POSM display and maintenance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall partners and merchant staff to support campaign implementation
• Develop and deliver effective training programs for merchant staff to improve payment method promotion
• Monitor campaign execution, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
• Gather and evaluate merchant and partner feedback in a timely manner, acting as the primary contact point between external partners and internal departments to enhance campaign results and partnership satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams to provide insights and improve campaign strategies
• Prepare detailed reports on site visits, training results, and operational status

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of client-facing experience in retail, partnerships, business development or marketing operations.
• Experience in delivering training and presentations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently to different mall and merchant locations as needed.
