Key Responsibilities:
Develop, grow, and penetrate designated FSI enterprise accounts (including Tier-1 banks, insurance firms, and capital markets) to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify high-value business opportunities within the financial sector and maintain a proactive approach to driving growth within assigned accounts.
Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders in the financial industry; understand complex regulatory pain points and deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic digital transformation priorities.
Provide professional advice and solutions focused on Agentic Automation, Cybersecurity, and Smart Workstyle; prepare compelling proposals and executive-level presentations that meet the rigorous compliance standards of the FSI sector.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and deliver dedicated after-sales support to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing value in a high-stakes environment.
Requirement
Higher Diploma or above in Business Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of sales and account management experience specifically serving FSI or large commercial enterprise clients, with a proven track record of success.
Strong market intelligence in the Hong Kong FSI landscape, combined with consultative selling skills, particularly in agentic automation, cybersecurity, and smart workplace technologies.
Deep understanding of the security and compliance requirements unique to financial institutions.
Highly motivated, achievement-driven, and comfortable navigating the complex procurement processes of large-scale financial organizations.
Positive, customer-focused, and possessing the executive presence required to communicate effectively with senior management.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential for managing local and regional FSI stakeholders.
