 Customer Service Manager (Store)

 Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and enforce employee image and grooming standards, including staff training and daily supervision of makeup, attire, and hairstyles in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Support daily customer reception and sales operations, ensuring a high‑quality in‑store customer experience.
  • Take primary responsibility for, or assist in, the reception and servicing of VIP and key clients.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally within the store.
  • Supervise the implementation of customer service standards and service procedures, and collaborate with the Customer Service Department to address and improve store‑level service issues.
  • Review, analyse, and submit customer service performance summaries for the store.

 

Qualifications

  • College degree or above from an accredited institution (field of study not specified).
  • Minimum 6 years of airline cabin crew experience, 3 yrs with purser exp
  • Outgoing, professional, and personable, with a polished image and confident demeanour.
  • Strong service mindset, approachability, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude with high standards of professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, and a solid teamwork spirit.
