Our client, is a leading Japanese-origin group with strong regional presence supplier of architectural, decorative, and special coatings, as well as chemical paints and related building materials. They are now looking for a Shipping Clerk to join their team to handle full set of shipping matters including but not limited to Import/ Export documents and coordinate with various departments.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate closely with the sales team, customers, warehouse, and 3PL providers to ensure all shipping orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
Support end‑to‑end order processing, including issuing purchase orders to factories, arranging sample orders, and managing goods delivery to customers.
Liaise with overseas factories to ensure production schedules, order fulfillment, and shipment arrangements are completed in a timely manner.
Handle a full set of import/export shipping documents, including goods receipt records and customs declaration documentation.
Maintain clear and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders by providing regular updates on order and shipment status.
Provide clerical support such as data input, document filing, and system record maintenance.
Assist in logistics operations, including warehouse stock taking and inventory checks.
Prepare order and shipment tracking reports for internal reference.
Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above with 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or order processing.
Proactive, mature, responsible, and a strong team player who can work effectively under pressure.
Good knowledge of SAP is required.
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other office applications.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
