Job Duties

  • To support daily transaction processing.
  • To support daily operation duties including report preparing, document filing and record keeping;
  • To ensure full compliance of P&Ps, AML, BCP, internal and regulatory policies and requirements all the time.
  • To ensure the agreed service levels, turnaround time, productivity, quality and internal / external relationships with stakeholders and customers are achieved.
  • Handle the inquiry message via swift system from other banks, react and respond the swift message to counterparties directly
  • Perform ad hoc and other assignments as instructed by Head of Payment Services manager.
  • To build and maintain a good relationship with business partners.

Qualifications

  • Higher diploma/associate degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline;
  • Self-motivated, good problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Detailed-mind, able to work at a fast pace and multi-tasking for efficient results
  • Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
