Responsibilities
  • Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities in international export markets.
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly with a high level of professionalism.
  • Oversee and maintain relationships with key accounts designated by the company.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade fairs when required.
  • Formulate market-specific strategies, objectives, and execution plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide customers with market insights and competitive analysis, supporting them in growing their local market presence.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with delivery schedules, quality standards, technical specifications, and profit objectives.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of new product designs.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong spoken and written English skills are essential.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in export sales.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-focused.
  • Background in metal products, building materials, or home/kitchen furniture is a plus.
  • Prior experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to factories in China and other overseas locations as needed.
  • Applicants with fewer qualifications or less experience may also be considered for a Sales Manager position.
