Responsibilities
- Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities in international export markets.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly with a high level of professionalism.
- Oversee and maintain relationships with key accounts designated by the company.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade fairs when required.
- Formulate market-specific strategies, objectives, and execution plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide customers with market insights and competitive analysis, supporting them in growing their local market presence.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with delivery schedules, quality standards, technical specifications, and profit objectives.
- Contribute to the planning and development of new product designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong spoken and written English skills are essential.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in export sales.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-focused.
- Background in metal products, building materials, or home/kitchen furniture is a plus.
- Prior experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to factories in China and other overseas locations as needed.
- Applicants with fewer qualifications or less experience may also be considered for a Sales Manager position.
