Job Description
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management for retail loan products, including personal loans, credit cards, and high-value financing—covering market strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and continuous optimization.
- Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen customer acquisition and improve conversion efficiency, in line with business targets.
- Lead strategy planning and execution for consumer credit products, including user journey design, promotion campaign planning, and channel alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX design, operations, risk management, and other teams to deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
- Use customer feedback, core product KPIs, and data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive iterative enhancements.
- Initiate new product development projects while continuously improving existing product features, pricing strategies, and market positioning to meet rapidly changing market demand.
- Monitor local and regional market trends, competitors’ product positioning, interest rate policies, promotional offers, and shifts in customer behavior.
- Participate in cross-department initiatives and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure timely, high-quality product releases and achievement of expected business outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for candidates with backgrounds in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in consumer credit products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards, or premium financing). Familiarity with Hong Kong lending regulations, approval processes, and industry practices is required.
- Strong business acumen and excellent project management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver results within defined timelines.
- Self-motivated with strong resilience; able to maintain high productivity under multiple concurrent tasks and tight deadlines.
- Basic data analysis skills; experience with user research methods and product design processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document writing, data handling, and presentation/reporting.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and fluent in Putonghua is a plus.
- Must be a Hong Kong resident.
- Candidates whose education and/or experience do not fully meet the requirements may be considered for the Assistant Loan Manager role.
