Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment for R&D roles, including job coordination and end-to-end candidate management.
Create and maintain job advertisements, talent pipelines and screening documents.
Source candidates efficiently via LinkedIn, job boards and internal talent databases.
Conduct CV screening and preliminary assessments to shortlist suitable R&D candidates.
Arrange and coordinate interviews, and keep accurate candidate records.
Support employer branding and talent acquisition events to boost company talent influence.
Maintain professional candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Follow company recruitment policies, compliance standards and regular reporting procedures.
Job Requirements
Open to recent graduates and early-career talents; no prior recruitment experience required.
Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging with different candidates.
Keen interest in R&D, science, engineering and technology fields.
Organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Willing to learn recruitment best practices and pursue continuous career growth.
Detail-oriented with a humble, candidate-first working attitude.
