Responsibilities

  • Ensure facilities are properly maintained at all times.

  • Monitor the condition of facilities and report any issues affecting operations.

  • Assist in planning and implementation of various programmes or activities at the facilities.

  • Provide quality service to customers and ensure a courteous environment.

  • Handle customers' enquiries and complaints.

  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Two years experience in the leisure or recreation or related fields. Candidates with one year experience will also be considered 

  • Good interpersonal skills with initiatives to interact with customers and staff.

  • Good command of spoken both English and Chinese.

  • Hands-on experience in MS Office applications.
