The Bank’s Global Banking business provides a broad spectrum of financing solutions to large corporations and financial institutions. As a strategic financial partner to corporate customers, The Bank offers a comprehensive range of products and services including bilateral and syndication loans, project financing, property development financing, property investment loans, working capital financing, trade financing, cash management and treasury products.



Principal responsibilities

  • Provide attribution analysis and ex-post investment risk-related analytics to support fund performance evaluation and clear interpretation for stakeholders. Investigate performance drivers and variances, provide commentary where required.
  • Maintain the data quality of performance measures, benchmark, attribution data and perform exception checks. Coordinate remediation with relevant parties or vendors where needed.
  • Prepare accurate performance reports, ensure outputs meet agreed standards and client expectations. Support periodic reporting cycles and ensure deliverables are met within defined timelines.
  • Partner with onboarding team to understand and implement new client reporting requirements, including report formats, data specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support for business, including responding to internal and external requests on performance and attribution.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and standardize reporting/controls

 

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of banking/asset management experience with knowledge of fund performance and attribution.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Knowledge in Power Query
  • Strong numerical, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Basic knowledge of Bloomberg PORT and GIPS concepts is an advantage.
  • CFA or CIPM is preferable.
