Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management within fine dining or premium dining environments

• Strong understanding of high-end service standards and guest engagement

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop service teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for delivering memorable dining experiences

• Fluent in English and Chinese; Cantonese language skills would be highly regarded

• Experience gained from Michelin-starred or award-winning dining establishments would be an advantage
