Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Retail - Strategy to lead and grow our retail business. You will be responsible for the overall performance of our retail network, including strategy, sales, operations, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations of all retail stores to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service quality
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and frontline teams
- Review sales and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure business alignment
- Monitor market, competitors, and customer trends in Hong Kong to support strategic decisions
- Participate in overall business planning as part of the leadership team
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in retail management with a strong record in sales growth and operations
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision making
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Customer‑focused mindset and deep understanding of retail customer experience
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Solid knowledge of Hong Kong retail market and consumer trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline
