  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of solid experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
  • Passion for being in the "people business" with excellent client management and customer servicing skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and hardworking, with a resourceful and self-motivated mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fill open requisitions promptly to support clients’ business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including understanding client hiring needs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates aligned with job requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a deep understanding of their hiring trends and workforce needs.
  • Deliver high-quality service to both clients and candidates by addressing client expectations while supporting candidates’ career development.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline that aligns with clients’ ongoing and future hiring needs.
