- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and hardworking, with a resourceful and self-motivated mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fill open requisitions promptly to support clients’ business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including understanding client hiring needs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates aligned with job requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a deep understanding of their hiring trends and workforce needs.
- Deliver high-quality service to both clients and candidates by addressing client expectations while supporting candidates’ career development.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline that aligns with clients’ ongoing and future hiring needs.
