JOB DUTIES: 

• Responsible new equipment installation and commissioning service. Coordinate with project team and capital sales, and closely work with customer to make sure the site service is delivered in a cost-effective manner.
• Provide technical communication, product operation and maintenance training to customer.
• Quickly response to the customers on equipment troubleshooting and site repair, fix the issue and recover the operation, escalate to the supervisor/manager in a timely manner if not solved.
• Identify the service opportunity, work out the value-added technical proposal of product maintenance, performance/application optimization, and submit the
  supervisor/Manager.
• Feedback the product quality quickly, make the analysis and proposal, coordinate with related teams to address the site issues for customer satisfaction.
• Identify business opportunities, prompt the service solution to customer by closely working with sales team.
• Work closely with sales team to provide full support to customers and drive the business growth.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field 
• 3 years’ experience in mining or heavy machinery industry as field service role, site service project management preferred.
• Solid knowledge of mining products with strong technical background and hands-on experience.
• Strong communication, co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills to work with internal and external interfaces.
• Proficient in MS office (Word, PPT, Excel).
• Understand the mechanical drawings and manuals in English language.
• Proficient in English, both Chinese (Mandarin).
• Ability to travel overnight frequently at short notice.
