Job Responsibilities:
Assist the team head in coordinating the formulation and optimization of operational rules and regulations, promote business process improvements, and conduct effective management. Specific duties include:   

  • Reviewing existing operational procedures related to banking branch business scenarios and formulating optimization plans;
  • Organizing the optimization and implementation of operational procedures for designated business scenarios;
  • Overseeing the development of standardized operational guidelines for branch networks;
  • Coordinating the integration of cross-departmental operational standards across branch networks;
  • Leading periodic evaluations and reviews of branch operational workflows;
  • Establishing project teams to drive research and integration of key business procedures/processes, while monitoring project execution including task allocation, cross-departmental coordination, progress tracking, and outcome reporting;
  • Proactively communicating with superiors to propose operational improvements and demonstrating professional collaboration. 

  Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Sound knowledge of banking operations;
  • Excellent written and verbal Chinese proficiency, with experience in drafting banking operation policies;
  • Detail-minded, good communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Skilled in coordination and driving effective implementation of regulations.
