Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above, proven experience in client acquisition and new business development.
  • Qualifications in HKSI and IIQE.
  • Strong background in managing high-net-worth (HNW) client accounts with personalized service.
  • Solid technical knowledge of consumer banking products, including Treasury, Equities, Funds, and Insurance.
  • Excellent command of Mandarin/ Cantonese and English.

 

Job Responsibilities:  

Drive new business, referrals, and client acquisition while strengthening existing Priority Client relationships in line with service and compliance standards.

  • Conduct professional financial analysis and needs-based consultations with clients.
  • Build lasting relationships through regular market updates and tailored financial advice.
  • Develop and execute monthly sales plans with the PB team to achieve business targets.
  • Engage in marketing, promotional, and prospecting activities for client acquisition.
  • Deliver high-quality after-sales service, client retention, and anti-attrition efforts.
  • Conduct group sales presentations and actively generate internal referrals.
  • Ensure full adherence to AML and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders including Product Managers, STMs, and other internal partners.
