Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of facilities, including maintenance, safety, security, and cleaning services.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring that services are provided on time and within budget.
- Compliance: Ensure that all facilities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Space Planning: Assist in the planning and implementation of space utilization strategies to optimize facility use.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Project Management: Lead facility improvement projects from inception to completion, including renovations and expansions.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct safety drills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in facilities management software and MS Office applications.
