Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for APEC & international(US,Europe) markets, achieving revenue targets through distributor management and B2B partnerships.
- Identify opportunities in on-trade/off-trade channels (Distributors, Retailers, Restaurant, E-Commerce), leveraging Hong Kong's free trade status for exports.
- Build relationships with global clients, adapting to diverse cultural nuances while promoting the brand's innovative heritage.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and report to headquarters with cross-cultural insights.
- Lead a team to expand brand presence, focusing on sustainable growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing
- 5-10 years in FMCG / Consumer Goods Sales, with proven international track record.
- Fluent in English (native preferred), Mandarin; excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Cultural adaptability to bridge Eastern traditions with Western markets.
