Responsibilities

  • Product Sourcing
    Responsible for sourcing products for the company’s brands and categories.
  • Market Research
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify the best products based on quality, design, price, and customer demand.
  • Business Strategies
    Drive and implement business strategies to grow and strengthen the company’s category portfolio.
  • Sourcing Process Management
    Manage the product sourcing process to ensure that products meet the company's standards and specifications.
  • Reporting
    Prepare stock and sales analysis reports, along with business forecasts for management review.
  • Performance Monitoring
    Monitor and report on product performance and feedback, suggesting improvements or modifications as needed.
  • Vendor Negotiation
    Negotiate and collaborate with vendors to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Departmental Coordination
    Work closely with management to align both short-term and long-term departmental objectives with the company’s overall vision and strategy.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
    Coordinate with marketing, operations, online platform, and logistics teams to effectively promote, sell, and distribute products.
  • Marketing Support
    Assist in effective marketing and promotional campaigns both offline and online.
  • Ad Hoc Projects
    Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education
    High Diploma or above in Merchandising, Marketing, e-Commerce, or related disciplines.
  • Experience
    1-2 years of relevant experience in Merchandising, with proven knowledge and passion for imaging, photography, or consumer electronic products.
  • Market Awareness
    Strong market sense and awareness of the latest product trends.
  • Personal Attributes
    Self-driven, energetic, proactive, with a positive attitude, and a strong team player with effective collaboration skills.
  • Organizational Skills
    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage various tasks to broaden your horizons.
  • Language Proficiency
    Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Availability
    Immediate availability is highly preferable.
