Responsibilities:

  • Greets and serve guests.
  • Assists Captain to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of the restaurant.
  • Maintains operating stock and side stations, including the dispense bar set-up and beverage fridge stock in accordance to HACCP standards.
  • Assists the Captain in all side duties, including, but not limited to inventory requisition, and equipment and furniture maintenance.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' related restaurant experience is required
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Fluency in English would be a plus
