Our client is a well-established bank in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking licensed banking professionals to provide wealth management services and financial solutions to customers through telephone-based channels.

This is a call centre-based wealth sales position suitable for Personal Bankers, junior Relationship Managers, Phone Banking Relationship Managers or licensed banking sales professionals who are interested in developing their career within a remote wealth management environment.

• Provide wealth management services to existing and potential customers through inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Understand customers’ financial objectives, investment experience and risk profiles
• Recommend suitable banking, investment and insurance products according to customers’ needs
• Promote a range of wealth products, including investment funds, bonds, structured products, foreign exchange, deposits and insurance
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and portfolio reviews through telephone-based channels
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and deepen relationships with assigned customers
• Handle customers’ product enquiries and facilitate wealth management transactions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and follow-up actions
• Ensure all recommendations and sales activities comply with internal policies, suitability requirements and regulatory standards
• Work closely with product specialists, operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and customer service

• Diploma or university degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in retail banking, telephone banking, relationship management, wealth management or financial product sales
• Candidates currently working as Personal Banker, Relationship Officer, junior Relationship Manager, Phone Banking Officer or Call Centre Sales Officer will be considered
• Holder of HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 and 8 is required
• Insurance qualifications, including IIQE Papers 1, 2 and 3, would be an advantage
• Experience in selling investment or insurance products is highly preferred
• Strong telephone communication, customer relationship and sales skills
• Comfortable handling customers and achieving sales targets through telephone-based channels
• Self-motivated, resilient and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment
• Good command of spoken Cantonese; English and Mandarin would be advantageous
