Job Summary

Our client is an established property developer with ongoing residential development projects in Hong Kong. They are now looking for high-calibre candidates to join their Sales Department.

The job title and package will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and interview performance. Candidates with stronger experience may be considered for Assistant Manager / Manager, while candidates with relevant sales experience may be considered for Senior Sales Officer / Sales Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily sales operations, frontline sales services, sales hotline enquiries and after-sales services for residential projects
  • Support or manage sales launch activities, including agency briefings, sales office arrangements, project presentations and sales logistics
  • Assist in formulating overall sales exercises for residential projects, including pricing structure, sales arrangements and sales strategies
  • Coordinate with internal departments, architects, consultants, solicitors and sales agents on project sales matters
  • Prepare, coordinate and review sales-related documents, including price lists, tender documents, side letters, sales arrangements and other sales materials
  • Conduct comparable market research and analysis, including pricing, standard provisions, clubhouse facilities and market trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents and agency leaders to obtain up-to-date market intelligence
  • Prepare agency PowerPoint presentations, sales reports, pricing research and ad hoc reports required by management
  • Handle sales administrative work, including Office Agreements, agency commissions, payment requisitions and payment processing
  • Ensure sales operations and procedures comply with local regulations, market best practices and internal policies
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • Around 5 years or above of frontline sales experience with major local developers and/or real estate consultancies will be considered for Senior Sales Officer / Sales Officer
  • Candidates with 6 years or above of solid frontline sales experience, together with strong sales operations, agency management and sales documentation experience, may be considered for Assistant Manager / Manager
  • Knowledge of the First-hand Residential Property Sales Ordinance (Cap. 621) is preferred
  • Experience in residential property sales launch, sales documentation, pricing support and agency coordination is an advantage
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare market research, pricing studies and management reports
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Strong coordination, execution and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented and customer-focused
  • Positive, proactive, independent and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
