Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new e-business opportunities, establishing partnerships with online platforms and e-commerce portals.
- Plan and implement promotional strategies to maximize revenue across different e-commerce channels.
- Oversee daily operations on online marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Assist in managing and executing digital marketing initiatives and e-commerce channels via potential online platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Prepare regular business reports, conduct market research, and analyze sales data.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities, media campaigns, and promotions across various online platforms.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including merchandising, marketing, sales, and logistics departments.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.
- Work with vendors to develop e-shops (websites and apps) that drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Manage user requirement gathering, and lead analysis, design, development, and quality assurance processes.
- Responsible for enhancement, modification, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of the e-shop.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in FMCG, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.
- Experience working on retail CRM, digital, and e-commerce projects is essential.
- Mature, self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
