Boutique Supervisor – Luxury European Watchmaking | 23-35k per month

• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring exceptional client experience and service standards

• Coach, motivate, and develop a small team of sales professionals to hit performance targets

• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and after-sales service coordination

• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clientele and grow boutique sales

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing timeless craftsmanship and take on expanding leadership responsibilities as the boutique grows

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or training capacity

• Diploma or above, with strong command of English, Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin

• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and client relationship-building skills, with a genuine passion for fine watchmaking
