Role & Responsibilities
- Own brand and product marketing for assigned portfolios
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, content, social media, SEO/SEM, e-commerce)
- Convert scientific/technical product knowledge into compliant, consumer-friendly messaging
- Build monthly communication plans and produce copy/editorial content
- Manage websites/e-shop performance and online advertising (focus on traffic & conversion)
- Ensure all marketing materials meet medical, regulatory, and internal guidelines
- Support product launches with internal teams and external partners
- Track performance, analyze data, optimize activities to improve ROI
- Manage marketing budgets responsibly
- Handle ad-hoc tasks in a lean environment
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/Communications/Science or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in brand, digital, or product marketing
- Experience in consumer healthcare / supplements / FMCG / pharmaceuticals / medical devices
- Strong hands-on digital marketing skills (content + performance optimization)
- Understanding of consumer behavior, retail/pharmacy channels, and healthcare regulations
- Strong communication, coordination, and project ownership
- Excellent English and Chinese; proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Chinese typing)
- Comfortable with broad responsibilities in a lean team
