Responsibilities:

For Waiter/Waitress/Captain:

• Overseeing the restaurant's daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

For Receptionist:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Manage reservations and handle inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain an organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion.

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
