Our client is a Healthcare and wellness company based in Hong Kong that focuses on Chinese medicine products, supplement and health related goods.Oversee CRM campaigns, membership‑program operations and member‑event activities to grow membership and boost customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute CRM campaigns and member engagement initiatives across various customer channels.
- Manage membership programmes, promotions, benefits and loyalty activities to drive acquisition, retention and engagement.
- Analyse campaign, membership and customer data to optimise performance and ROI.
- Plan and coordinate member events, VIP activities and marketing functions.
- Prepare reports, monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and compliance with privacy requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years' experience in CRM, membership, loyalty, customer engagement or event marketing.
- Candidate will more experience will also be considered as Senior Marketing Executive.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and events from planning to execution.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or Oracle).
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
