Bar Captain 


Salary: HKD 27,000 per month

Responsibilities
  • Support daily Food & Beverage operations and deliver excellent service to Members and guests
  • Greet Members in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist the supervisor in ensuring staff compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards
  • Support implementation of new or updated SOPs
  • Train, coach, and guide new staff and trainees to maintain service quality and align with Club culture
  • Promote Club facilities and services to Members
  • Collect and relay Food & Beverage feedback to the culinary team for follow‑up and menu planning
  • Coordinate delivery of marketing programmes and promotional materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Form 5 or above; Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in hotel or sizable catering operations, with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong service mindset with good upselling skills; wine knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
  • Fluent Cantonese; English and Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
