Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing key accounts for Fixed Telecommunications Network Services (FTNS) and broadband solutions (enterprise & SME segments). Lead a sales team to achieve targets through strategic partnerships, government/enterprise tenders, and innovative service offerings (e.g., fiber leasing, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity).
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Identify and onboard new clients (ISPs, MNCs, SMEs) for FTNS/broadband services (MPLS, IEPL, 5G backhaul).
- Develop tailored solutions (e.g., high-speed broadband, dedicated internet access) aligned with HK market needs.g.
- Mentor sales executives, providing training on FTNS products and market trends (IoT, AI-driven networks).
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in telecom sales (FTNS, broadband, ISP, or infrastructure).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of fiber networks, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
- Skills: Fluent in Cantonese/English; strong negotiation and CRM proficiency (Salesforce).
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Telecom/IT preferred.
