Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary lead on mid-to-large scale HK IPOs, managing the entire transaction life cycle from pre-listing restructuring to the final "gong" ceremony.
• Serving as the key relationship lead for sponsors, underwriters, and issuers, providing high-level strategic advice on Listing Rules and SFO compliance.
• Navigating complex regulatory hurdles with the HKEX and SFC, often on "first-of-its-kind" transaction structures.
• Closely work with partners on advisory and execution aspects of corporate finance matters.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor: Admitted to practice in Hong Kong.
• Typically 7+ years PQE with a dominant focus on Hong Kong IPOs.
• Exceptional drafting skills; experience with HK/US-side drafting/prospectus preparation is a highly valued bonus.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
