Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and manage check-in/out at a luxury showroom

Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service (Hospitality preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; polished communication and presentation

  • 接聽來電並提供專業及貼心的客戶服務
  • 協助安排客戶預約與後續跟進
  • 輪班於接待及電話中心團隊,獲得全面工作經驗
  • 提供個人化、頂級服務體驗,打造卓越客戶印象

理想人選條件
  • 至少3年客戶服務經驗(酒店業背景)
  • 流利英語及普通話,溝通能力佳,儀表端正
  • 積極主動,抗壓力強,具良好服務態度與多工處理能力
