Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and manage check-in/out at a luxury showroom
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate client appointments and follow-ups
- Rotate across lobby and call center teams for all-rounded exposure
- Deliver premium, personalized customer service at every touchpoint
Ideal Candidate- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service (Hospitality preferred)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; polished communication and presentation
- Energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

- 接聽來電並提供專業及貼心的客戶服務
- 協助安排客戶預約與後續跟進
- 輪班於接待及電話中心團隊,獲得全面工作經驗
- 提供個人化、頂級服務體驗,打造卓越客戶印象
理想人選條件- 至少3年客戶服務經驗(酒店業背景)
- 流利英語及普通話,溝通能力佳,儀表端正
- 積極主動,抗壓力強,具良好服務態度與多工處理能力
