Job Description
• Manage the 3PL well to ensure all shipments are adhered to our stringent service and quality level agreements, operating procedures, and within the standard lead time, or before cutoff.
• Proactively identify and resolve any incidents with your manager or related teams, to maintain exceptional client internal requirement include but are not limited to compliance, quality and law.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Customer Service team, 3PL warehouse, Supply Chain team and external logistics partners for smooth and timely delivery of our shipments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage Value-Added Services (labeling) by 3PL for different markets requirement.
• Validate the latest SOP and ensure the operation team are following the same procedure on going.
• Validate 3PLs KPI and billings data, updating and maintaining proper records and reports.
• Conducting the cycle count and verification at 3PL warehouse.
• Participate in projects and provide support as necessary from manager.
Qualifications requirement:
• Diploma level or above in Logistics, Business Admin, or a related field.
• 3- 5 years of experience in Distribution and international logistics position, preferably in the medical / health care industry.
• Strong working knowledge of import and export procedures, Distribution Center and transportation management.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Experience to manage 3PL via KPI and SOP.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fast learner, proactive and the ability to work under pressure to meet timeline, GxP and SOX requirement.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
