Our client is seeking a highly motivated, Technical Sales / Business Development talent based in Shenzhen to spearhead the Company's commercial growth into the North American AI Data Center market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in data center power infrastructure, an established rolodex of North American hyperscale/tier-1 customers, and the ability to bridge the gap between Shenzhen's elite hardware supply chain and US-based tech clients.
Key Responsibilities:Hyperscale Market Penetration: Lead the business development strategy to position SES AI’s data center ESS and high-density power backup solutions directly to North American Hyperscalers, AI server OEMs/ODMs, and large colocation developers.
Technical Consultation & Value Selling: Act as a technical bridge. Engage with clients’ data center architects and infrastructure engineers to understand their power/thermal pain points, translating them into highly customized hardware + software solutions.
Account & Pipeline Management: Own the long-cycle B2B sales funnel from initial qualification and technical RFP/RFI responses to pilot testing, factory audits in China, and final multi-million-dollar supply agreements.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work seamlessly with AI US leadership and engineering teams, as well as local Shenzhen R&D and manufacturing operations, ensuring product compliance with North American standards (e.g., UL, IEEE, NFPA).
Market Intelligence: Track the evolving requirements of next-generation AI clusters (e.g., high-density GPU racks, liquid cooling architectures) to guide internal product development.
