Principal Responsibilities
- The Global Investor Access team in Asia is a high performing group responsible for the provision of thought leadership content and corporate access in the form of non-deal roadshows, expert events, conferences and corporate days, group tours, and bespoke access requests to institutional investors across all asset classes and client segments in Markets and Securities Services. The Global Investor Access Asia team is responsible for sourcing Asian content from all lines of businesses in the Bank for regional as well as overseas clients and events, as well as taking care of any overseas corporates marketing in the region. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Global Investor Access Asia team
- The role holder will independently organize and execute non-deal roadshows, expert events, group tours, bespoke tours, and ad-hoc corporate access activities, on-the-job training will be provided in all relevant systems and processes
- The role holder will help out as needed on conferences and corporate days
Qualification Requirements
- Experience in organizing events for institutional investor clients
- Experience in scheduling for large investor conferences is a plus
- General understanding of the Global Markets business
- Attention to detail and pride in zero mistakes is of utmost importance
- Impeccable written English a must, Cantonese and Mandarin a plus
- Enthusiasm, drive and resilience, strong communication and analytical capabilities, ability to work in a fast-moving, pressurized environment as part of a high-functioning team
