Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant, conducting thorough needs analyses to understand clients' current and future insurance requirements.
  • Research and evaluate the market to recommend optimal insurance products and policies that align with client objectives.
  • Advocate for clients by negotiating competitive policy terms and premiums with leading insurance providers.
  • Provide proactive account management through timely renewal follow-ups, premium collection, and ongoing advisory services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Insurance, Business, Marketing or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development/marketing in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken in Cantonese, English. Fluency in Japanese is preferred.
