Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and insights to team leaders during pre-qualification and tender submissions.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure bids align with business goals, winning strategies, tender process, as well as budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Work closely with team leaders to create solutions that meet RFQ requirements.
  • Support team leaders in developing and compiling the Scope of Work (SoW) and technical proposals as necessary.
  • Partner with the contract executive to conduct risk reviews of tenders and contracts.
  • Attend client meetings to clarify bids, ensuring all necessary information is gathered.
  • Document and maintain lessons learned after receiving the tender decision from clients.
  • Assist in enhancing the quoting process, tools, and work practices.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze previously submitted tender and proposal data to inform future bids.
  • Help draft all necessary documents for tender submissions, including forms, fee proposals, company details, and project references.
  • Assist project directors and team leaders in preparing fee proposals, coordinating with the contract executive and Finance on relevant matters.
  • Support the completion of contract confirmation forms and fee budget forms for project teams.
  • Be prepared to take on other responsibilities as required in line with your position.

Qualifications:

  • A Higher Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, or related areas.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
