We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of critical security initiatives. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex security projects, ensuring our infrastructure remains resilient against evolving threats. This position requires active CISSP and CISA certifications and offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge telecom and enterprise security deployments.

• End-to-Step Project Leadership: Direct the full lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) of cybersecurity projects. This includes deploying SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms.

• Strategic Planning: Define project scopes, objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource needs by collaborating with IT, network operations, compliance, and business units.

• Risk & Threat Mitigation: Build and maintain detailed project plans and risk registers. Develop specific strategies to counter telecom-centric threats, including IoT security, 5G slicing, roaming security, and core network defense.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central hub connecting internal security engineers, external vendors, partners, and third-party auditors to ensure seamless delivery.

• Incident & Vulnerability Management: Oversee the implementation of vulnerability management programs and incident response upgrades.

• Proactive Problem Solving: Track project dependencies, manage risks, and swiftly escalate critical issues with corrective action plans to keep milestones on track.

Mandatory Education & Certifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

• Core Certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) AND CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) are both strictly required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional project or security certifications such as PMP, CRISC, or CCSP.

• Specialized certifications or direct experience in telecom-specific security.
