Job Details
- Support sales team and provide comprehensive administrative support
- Maintain sales report and database, prepare quotation and order acknowledgement
- Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, contract, proposal and related sales documents
- Manage confidential information with discretion while maintaining professionalism
- Any other job duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirement
- Diploma holder in any discipline
- At least 1-2 years’ working experience in Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Engineering tender experience is an advantage
- Used to work with ERP system and manage customer order is an advantage
- Candidates working on a part-time basis will also be considered
- Immediately Available highly preferred
